How we hire
A typical loop is four conversations over two to three weeks: an intro call, a craft interview tailored to the role, a working-session interview where you'll see the kind of problems we actually solve, and a values conversation with a founder. We tell you what to expect at every step and aim to give a decision within a week of your final round.
We hire on demonstrated ability and judgment. Take-home assessments, when we use them, are short, paid, and bounded.
